How do I return an item?

1. DOMESTIC RETURNS:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns must be within 30 days from the date of purchase, in original condition with tags attached.

- Products Defects
Rebel Spirit will be responsible for all returning and re-sending shipping cost.

- Others
Customer will be responsible for all cost of returning items
For EXCHANGE orders, Rebel Spirit will be responsible for re-sending shipping cost.

Once refund issued, it will take 7-10 business days for the amount to credit back to your original purchase method.



2. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns must be within 30 days from the date of purchase, in original condition with tags attached.

- Customer will be responsible for all cost of returning items (includes, shipping, duties and taxes, handling).

- Unfortunately, Rebel Spirit cannot refund your original shipping and handling fees. Any fees for shipping your returned order back to our Return Department will be subtracted from your refund total.
